I specialise in individual and team development using my own experience of working with people in senior, high pressured roles.
Through conversation I help individuals to understand who they are, learn more about what is going on around them and help them define their goals. I encourage them to look for opportunities, think about their approach and the effect it has on others. The process can also help develop skills and tools to support them navigate the many challenges thrown at them in both their personal and professional life. Above all, I explore how they can be the most authentic version of themselves.
Held on zoom, a try before you invest taster session. You will discuss where you need the most support and you will get a flavour of how the sessions would work.
A 60 minute session on zoom or face to face. One-off sessions to help with a problem, getting to your goals, overcoming conflict and more. You will be heard, work towards renewed focuses and receive reflection notes after every session.
A 60-120 minute walk at your chosen place. Coaching while walking reduces anxiety and stress whilst improving overall mood. It kick-starts endorphins, encouraging you to take time out rather than being tied to devices. You receive reflection notes after every session.
