I specialise in individual and team development using our experience of working with people in senior, high pressured roles.
Through conversation I help individuals to understand who they are, learn more about what is going on around them and help them define their goals. I encourage them to look for opportunities, think about their approach and the effect it has on others. The process can also help to develop skills and tools to support them navigate the many challenges thrown at them in both their personal and professional life. Above all, we explore how they can be the most authentic version of themselves
It starts with a discovery session where I look to understand each individual’s personal values; these values define who they are, what they do and how they approach things. When our values are compromised it changes our behaviours and coaching can help to explore how to recognise when this is happening and how to overcome these situations to gain a better outcome.
I then work with individuals to clarify their goals and develop several steps for them to work towards. I support them with every step they take, accepting there are limits yet holding the belief that there are always new possibilities and opportunities.

Models are used as a structure guide and I often move between models when I need to shift perspective, raise awareness, expose assumptions and generate possibility. I aim to make every coaching conversation unique and have my own practical style.

As a practitioner Nicola will work with you to clarify your goals and develop several steps for the coachee to work towards. She support every coachee to work towards these steps, accepting there are limits yet holding the belief that there are always new possibilities and opportunities.
Held on zoom, a try before you invest taster session. You will discuss where you need the most support and you will get a flavour of how the sessions would work.
Per session
A 60 minute session held on zoom or face to face. One off sessions to help with a problem, how to get to your goals, how to overcome conflict and much more. You will be heard, work towards renewed focuses and you receive reflection notes after every session.
Per session
A 60-120 minute walk at your chosen place. Coaching while walking helps reduce anxiety and stress whilst improving overall mood. It kick-starts endorphins and encourages you to take time t to look around, rather than being tied to your devices. You receive reflection notes after every session.
Per package
Get the most out of the coaching experience - make a commitment, invest in yourself, your personal development and growth with the 6-programme package. Some clients come weekly, monthly, every 6 weeks or after the initial sessions spread them over 2-3 months. It's up to you! You receive reflection notes after every session.
